- The periods for storage of personal data once the contractual relationship has ended are based on the provisions established by the Commercial Code.
- Communication of your data when requested by the Tax Inspectorate is covered by Law 58/2003, 17 December, on General Tax.

In general, the recipients of your data are the different areas in our company, in addition to third parties to whom we transfer your data, always in accordance with the provisions established by current regulations on data protection. When it is necessary, customer data may be transferred to the following organisations, in accordance with legal obligations:
- Data that is needed for compliance with legal tax obligations may be transferred to the Spanish Tax Agency.
- To any banking entities, to ensure necessary payments.
