The data that IDEAL FRUITS may collect when you use and browse our website, fill-out our forms, contact us by email or through the contractual relationship that binds you with IDEAL FRUITS are personal data. If you do not fill those fields in, we will not be able to carry out the request you have filled-out the form for.     b. Legitimisation. The legitimisation for processing your data is the execution of our services provision agreement and compliance with the following legal obligations that apply to us:
          – The periods for storage of personal data once the contractual relationship has ended are based on the provisions established by the Commercial Code.
          – Communication of your data when requested by the Tax Inspectorate is covered by Law 58/2003, 17 December, on General Tax.
    c. Recipients. In general, the recipients of your data are the different areas in our company, in addition to third parties to whom we transfer your data, always in accordance with the provisions established by current regulations on data protection. When it is necessary, customer data may be transferred to the following organisations, in accordance with legal obligations:
          – Data that is needed for compliance with legal tax obligations may be transferred to the Spanish Tax Agency.
          – To any banking entities, to ensure necessary payments.
          – Should they request it, your data may also be transferred to the Labour Inspectorate.

a. Purpose. Our facilities are equipped with permanent video surveillance systems for security reasons.

4- STORAGE PERIODS

Your personal data will be processed only for the time needed to comply with your request.

Data provided through emails made available on the web

Once we have responded to your request for information, your data will be kept for a maximum of six months as evidence against possible further claims.

Spontaneous applications

By virtue of the IDEAL FRUITS storage policy, your personal data will be kept for the maximum period of ONE YEAR from when we receive your CV.

 

OTHER DATA PROCESSING

Exclusively for professional communications

Until our professional relationship is terminated or you decide to delete or oppose the processing of your data.

Exclusively for customers

Your personal data will be processed until our contractual relationship ends. Once it has ended, your data will be kept for a period of six years for commercial purposes, in accordance with the provisions established by the Commercial Code. For tax purposes, your data will be kept for a period of four years in accordance with the provisions established by the General Tax Law.

Exclusively for video surveillance systems

Recordings from the surveillance systems will be kept for ONE MONTH in accordance with article 22 of Organic Law 3/2018, 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and digital rights.

5- INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS.

IDEAL FRUITS does not normally carry out international data transfers. In those cases where it is necessary, it will only do so with entities that comply with the parameters and requirements provided for in current legislation on data protection, such as European Regulations, or when there is a legal authorisation to do so, such as with the consent of the interested party. In any case, the interested party will be given the relevant information.

6-WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO DATA PROCESSING?

As the owner of your data, you have the right to request information regarding the treatment of your data, access your personal data, rectify any data that are inaccurate or, where appropriate, request to eliminate your data when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or when you decide to withdraw the consent granted as an interested party. IDEAL FRUITS will treat and keep your data in accordance with current regulations, without prejudice to the fact that as an interested party you may request to limit the processing of your data. In certain cases, you may exercise your right to transfer your data, which will be delivered to you or the new data officer you have designated, in a structured, commonly used or machine-readable format. We can send you the forms you need to exercise the rights explained above, or you can also use those prepared by the Spanish Agency for Data Protection. You have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection should you believe that the exercise of your rights has not been adequately addressed. The maximum term to resolve any issue is one month from the time we receive your request. In the event your data changes, please let us know in writing so we can update it.
